Middlesex County resident Palma Hydross, age 66, of Westbrook, was reported missing on Thursday, 18 on Toby Hill Road, said the Connecticut State Police. A Silver alert was issued, but was later canceled, police said. Troopers said her body was found just before 10:40 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 20.
