Father Of 2 Killed In Head-On, Wrong-Way Crash On I-95 In Westbrook A 47-year-old Connecticut man was killed this week after a car going the wrong way on I-95 collided with his vehicle, authorities said.  Mark Palumbo Jr., of Madison in New Haven County, was driving his Mustang GT south along I-95 between exits 66-65 in Westbrook when the crash happened around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, Connecticut State Police said.  A Cadillac ATS driving north in the southbound lane slammed into Palumbo's sports car, killing him, police said.
