A 23-year-old mother of a 3-year-old child killed in a two-vehicle crash in Connecticut has been identified. Woman Killed, 3-Year-Old Child In Hospital Following Middletown Crash The woman died around 7:45 p.m., Monday, Dec. 11 after hitting the back of a tow truck in Middlesex County.
