3-Year-Old Hospitalized After Fall From Third-Story Window At CT Apartment, Police Say Building officials have condemned two apartment bedrooms after a 3-year-old Connecticut boy fell from a third-floor window to the ground below. The incident took place in New London County around 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10 in Norwich at 44 Laurel Hill Ave. According to Norwich Deputy Chief Of Police Corey Poore, when officers responded to the call for help, they discovered a 3-year-old child who was alert and conscious.
