Drunk Driver Hits Truck, Car In Construction Zone In Fairfield County A drunk driver faces numerous charges after striking a truck and another vehicle in a construction zone on a highway in Fairfield County, police said.  The incident happened on Tuesday, April 4, around 11:40 p.m., when state police learned that a black Honda had allegedly hit a truck and another car in a construction zone on Interstate 95 northbound in Westport near Exit 17 and had then evaded the scene.  According to state police, the person who reported the incident and had been driving the second vehicle that was hit was following the Honda when he called.  Upon arriving …
