Cuomo Ordered To Return More Than $5M From Covid-19 Leadership Book Embattled former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is going down swinging after an ethics commission ordered him to pay back proceeds that he made writing his book about COVID-19 leadership during the pandemic.
