12-Year-Old Shot For Throwing Snowballs At Car In CT: Report A 12-year-old boy had to be hospitalized this week after someone shot him for throwing a snowball at their car, NBC Connecticut reported.  The incident happened Wednesday night, Jan. 22, in the Capitol Avenue and Park Terrace area of Hartford around 7:15 p.m.  Police were called to the area and found the boy with gunshot wounds, the report continued. New Haven County resident Kharis Samuels, age 20, of Waterbury, surrendered on Monday, June 27.
