Services Finalized For Hartford Clerk Killed In Hit-Run: 'A Dedicated Community Servant' A funeral service will be held for former Hartford City Clerk Neal McGregor, who died after being the victim of a hit-and-run crash earlier this year. McGregor's family will receive friends on Wednesday, Dec. 5, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with a celebration of life set for 11 a.m. at the Artist Collective, 1200 Albany Ave., Hartford.
