CT Man Clinging To Life After Hit-Run Crash; Police Ask For Tips A man is fighting for his life after a car slammed into him in an early morning crash and then sped away, authorities said.  The crash was reported just before 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, in the area of 406 Watertown Ave., Waterbury police said. Officers found him lying on the pavement suffering serious and life-threatening wounds. Man, 23, Falls To His Death From Parking Deck Police are investigating how a 23-year-old Connecticut man fell to his death from a parking deck and died, authorities said.  The man's body was found in New Haven by officers just before 2 a.m. next to a parking structure at 213 Crown Street on Sunday, Sept. 29, police said.  Firefighters were quick to the scene and performed CPR until responders could get him to a hospital.  Paramedics took him to Yale New Haven Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.  New Haven Police have not released the name of the Hartford County man as they notify his family.
