Double-Fatal Crash: Victims ID'd After Car Slams Into Disabled Vehicle On CT Highway Two people were killed after the disabled vehicle they were standing outside of along a busy Connecticut highway was hit by another car, police said. The events leading up to the crash began in Hartford County on Thursday, June 6 around 1:15 a.m., when a 2004 Honda Accord EX became disabled in the right lane of Route 5/15 South in East Hartford south of the on-ramp from Interstate 84 West.
