Early Morning Shooting Sends 4 To Hospital; Teen Woman Remains In Critical Condition An early morning shooting in New Haven sent four people to the hospital and left one woman clinging to life, authorities said.  New Haven police responded to the 800 block of Chapel Street around 2 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, after 911 callers reported multiple gunshots, detectives said. Officers found a 22-year-old from Hampden suffering from a bullet wound at the scene.
