Officials have released bodycam footage in an officer-involved shooting that left a 48-year-old man in critical condition following an altercation over the weekend, officials said. The Office of Inspector General announced Tuesday, Dec. 3, that it is investigating the shooting, which occurred Saturday night in Hartford, involving 48-year-old Alexander Garay. The Connecticut Office of Inspector General released its preliminary findings in a fatal officer-involved shooting last week and found that the suspect fired at police first. Jebrell Conley, 36, was shot and killed on Thursday, Sept. 19, at a West Haven car wash on Boston Road.
