CT Teen Killed In Hit-Run Crash On Route 8, Others Seriously Injured A 14-year-old Connecticut girl was killed and two others were seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash on Route 8 early Sunday morning, Jan. 12.  Chloe Ramsubhag, of Waterbury, was riding in a Honda Del Sol when for unknown reasons, an SUV crashed into the rear of the vehicle just after 12:30 a.m. near Exit 7, Connecticut State Police said.
