23-Year-Old Falls To His Death From New Haven Parking Deck Police are investigating how a 23-year-old Connecticut man fell to his death from a parking deck and died, authorities said.  The man's body was found in New Haven by officers just before 2 a.m. next to a parking structure at 213 Crown Street on Sunday, Sept. 29, police said.  Firefighters were quick to the scene and performed CPR until responders could get him to a hospital.  Paramedics took him to Yale New Haven Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.  New Haven Police have not released the name of the Hartford County man as they notify his family. 94-Year-Old CT Woman Drowns At State Park Beach A 94-year-old Connecticut woman drowned while swimming at a state park beach. The incident occurred in New Haven County at Hammonasset Beach State Park in Madison on Thursday, June 20. Bridgeport 3-Year-Old ID'd As Drowning Victim A 3-year-old Fairfield County child has been identified as the victim of a drowning in a backyard kiddie pool. Related: Infant Drowns At Bridgeport Home The incident occurred in Bridgeport around 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, at a home on the city's west side. According to Tiadora Josef, spokeswoman for the Bridgeport Police, the child was found unresponsive in a small 3-foot children's pool. Girl, 9, Rescued From Swimming Pool At Danbury Home A 9-year-old girl was rescued from a Fairfield County swimming pool by a bystander who administered first aid. The incident occurred in Danbury around 3 p.m., Sunday, May 25, at a home on Westwood Terrace. According to Erin Henry, spokesperson for the Danbury Fire Department, the girl, who was unconscious, was recovered from the backyard swimming pool by a bystander.  That person immediately administered first aid to the child, and by the time emergency services arrived, Henry said she was breathing on her own.  She was transported to the hospital by EMS.
