This Waterbury Taco Spot Named Best In State In New Yelp Rankings A taco joint doubling as a food truck and restaurant in Connecticut is the best in the entire state, according to new rankings by Yelp.  Los Garcia Mexican Fusion, located in New Haven County at 836 East Main St. in Waterbury, was named the best taco restaurant in Connecticut in Yelp's "Best Taco Spot in Every State" report for 2024.  The eatery, composed of an RV-sized trailer with an outdoor patio, a small building with indoor seating, and a smaller food truck, specializes in freshly made tacos with flour tortillas.  Google Maps street view According to Yelp's write-up, …
