A coyote that attacked a worker earlier this week in Connecticut has tested positive for rabies, state officials confirmed. A Connecticut mother and step-father of a 6-month-old baby have been arrested and charged with delaying getting care for the boy after it suffered second- and third-degree burns so they could get high, authorities said. Keturah Williams, age 36, and Damon Martin, age 51, both of Waterbury, were charged with risk of injury and impairing morals of a child and cruelty to a person, police said.
