A man wanted on multiple felony charges in New Jersey was arrested in Connecticut after authorities say he tried to escape arrest and had to be taken down by a police dog.
Alfred Ricciuti, 41, of Washington, NJ, was found Monday, May 5, working at a business in Somers, Connecticut State Police said. He is wanted on five extraditable felony arrest warrants in the Garden State.
Troopers spotted Ricciuti standing outside the business just before 5 p.m., but when they confronted him, he bolted, authorities said. That’s when a K9 named Viper was called in to help chase him down. …

Man Runs Drug Operation, Unlicensed Repair Shop Out Of CT Home, Police Say
A search of a Connecticut man’s home reportedly unveiled not only an unlicensed repair shop but uncovered an operation to manufacture crack cocaine, ketamine, and more.
The Tolland County incident occurred on Tuesday, June 4 in the town of Somers.
According to police, a search warrant was executed for 53-year-old Randy Matthew Guyette’s Hall Hill Road home.
Originally, authorities suspected that Guyette was running an unlicensed auto repair business.
