Ace Frehley, one of the stars of the iconic rock band KISS, has died.
The guitarist's family announced his death in a statement early Thursday evening, Oct. 16.“We are completely devastated and heartbroken," the statement reads. "In his last moments, we were fortunate enough to have been able to surround him with loving, caring, peaceful words, thoughts, prayers and intentions as he left this earth.
"We cherish all of his finest memories, his laughter, and celebrate his strengths and kindness that he bestowed upon others.

Rocker Rick Davies Dies, Supertramp Co-Founder
Rick Davies, the gravelly-voiced pianist, songwriter, and co-founder who powered Supertramp’s distinctive sound, has died.
The band announced the 81-year-old's death Saturday, Sept. 6, on social media, saying it came "after battling Multiple Myeloma for over 10 years.”
“His soulful vocals and unmistakable touch on the Wurlitzer became the heartbeat of the bands’ sound,” the group wrote, adding that his music “bears testament to the fact that great songs never die.”
