It’s no secret many Americans think public behavior has slipped. But when it comes to drawing the line between what’s fine and what’s foul, a national survey shows some clear boundaries. Nestlé has dismissed CEO Laurent Freixe after announcing that he had an undisclosed romantic relationship with a direct subordinate. Company veteran Philipp Navratil has been named as Freixe's successor, effective immediately. Connecticut researchers have confirmed the presence of a fast-spreading invasive tick that could pose serious health risks to people and pets across the state. The longhorned tick, originally from eastern Asia, was recently detected during local field studies by the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station in partnership with the USDA.
