Camden Siegal, 17, of West Hartford, was waiting for a rideshare with friends near PeoplesBank Arena when gunfire erupted around 1:50 a.m. Feb. 22, police said. He died two days later from his injuries. The senseless killing left his friends and loved ones distraught, especially his mother, Liz Fisher.
