A lucky Connecticut Lottery player is officially a millionaire after claiming a massive Lotto! jackpot. The $6.8 million prize from the Feb. 3 drawing was claimed at the Connecticut Lottery Corporation Headquarters & Claims Center in Wallingford, lottery officials said. A routine drive to work took a sharp turn and paid off in a big way. A Tolland man won a $4 million scratch-off lottery jackpot after stopping at a different gas station than normal when he decided to take a different route to work, according to Connecticut Lottery.
