Chicopee Woman ID'd As Victim In Fatal CT Hit-Run Crash A 40-year-old Hampden County woman was identified as the victim of a fatal hit-and-run crash Wednesday night, June 19, in Hartford. The car that hit her was later found abandoned and on fire.  Lutricia Daniels, of Chicopee, was walking along Main Street at 11:55 p.m. when a Honda Accord slammed into her and sped away, Hartford police said.
