Following the release of a new Netflix film focusing on the life of longtime New York and former Connecticut resident Martha Stewart, her ex-husband and his current wife are slamming the homemaker for continuing to publicly comment on the failed marriage.
The comments were made in October on the Facebook page of Shyla Nelson Stewart, the current wife of Martha Stewart's ex-husband, Andy Stewart, who was married to the icon for 29 years from 1961 to 1990.

A Connecticut man horrifically beat a family member's kitten and left it to die in the cold in Fairfield County, then lied to cover it up, authorities said.
Krzystof Bakota, age 47, of Shelton, is charged with first-degree animal abuse and was being held on a $25,000 bond, police said.
Bakota was watching a kitten for a family member, but when they came to pick it up, he told them it had gotten out and was missing, Shelton Police said. Later on, they found the kitten's corpse in his backyard.

Police in Fairfield County have identified the two men involved in a motorcycle versus pedestrian crash earlier this week.
Kevin Calle, age 28, of Stamford, was on his motorcycle driving westward on Tresser Boulevard at the intersection of Atlantic Street just before 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, authorities said.
He crashed into Lucas Honohan, a 24-year-old New York man, Stamford Police said.
