A Massachusetts wedding photographer was rushed into emergency surgery after police said he was stabbed while working at a wedding reception in Maine. Donald Halsing, 26, of Mendon, was photographing a wedding with his fiancée, Ashley Wall, at Kingsley Campground in Raymond when the attack happened on the dance floor during the reception, according to WMTW. Woman Fighting For Life After CT Man Fires Rifle Through Apartment Ceiling
A man told police he accidentally fired his AR-15-style rifle through the ceiling of his Connecticut apartment, seriously injuring a woman in the apartment above, according to police. Caleb Bean, 30, of Groton, was arrested after the shooting just before 11 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14, at the Phoenix Park Apartments on Long Hill Road. Police said the bullet hit the woman in the leg, causing her to lose a large amount of blood. A 17-year-old Connecticut boy is dead after police say he accidentally shot himself while running from officers who were investigating a dine-and-dash at a restaurant. CT Teen Undergoes Emergency Surgery In Third Shooting In 3 Days
A 17-year-old Connecticut boy is recuperating after undergoing emergency surgery following a shooting on Tuesday, Sept. 3. It was the third shooting in New Haven this week, police said. Officers received a ShotSpotter alert around 5:45 p.m. near Sherman and Edgewood Avenues, where they found the boy suffering from a bullet wound, New Haven police said.
