Intoxicated Chaplin Man Points Rifle During Dispute In Front Of Child: Police
A Connecticut man pointed a rifle at a neighbor during an argument in front of a young child, police said.
Michael Leo Rickard, 68, of Chaplin, was arrested after the incident, which happened around 4:55 p.m. Thursday, March 26, on Lynch Road, according to Connecticut State Police.
Troopers responded and found that Rickard had been arguing with a neighbor who was riding a dirt bike. But the argument didn't end with harsh words, police said.
