'Devastated': School IDs 12-Year-Old Killed In CT Hit-Run Crash; Police Have Suspect Brisley Reyes, a 12-year-old boy, has been identified as the victim in a tragic hit-and-run crash over the weekend in Stamford. Police say they have also identified a suspect in connection with his death. Reyes was a soon-to-be seventh grader at Dolan Middle School. "Like so many of you, I am devastated," Principal Joseph Claps III wrote in a message to parents and teachers.
