Prominent justice correspondent Scott MacFarlane is leaving CBS News amid growing criticism over the legacy network's right-wing pivot under new owners and leadership. A primetime town hall with the widow of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk tanked in the ratings after critics blasted CBS News for hosting the discussion amid the network's conservative shift.
