A Capital Region man busted with more than a kilo of cocaine has learned his fate, authorities announced Thursday, July 2.
Marc Inman, 56, was sentenced to 10 years in state prison after pleading guilty to first-degree drug possession, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said.
Inman, of Albany, was pulled over for a traffic stop on June 9, 2025, in the state capital, authorities said. Investigators then searched the car and found 1.1 kilograms of cocaine and 51 grams of fentanyl, according to prosecutors.

A New York teenager has been arrested and charged with stabbing two people at a park in the Capital Region, police said.
Blaise M. Harrington, 18, was in an argument with two people at Memorial Park in Rotterdam when he pulled a knife and stabbed them, the Rotterdam Police Department said Friday, June 26.
First responders arrived at the scene around 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, June 25 and transported the two wounded victims to Albany Medical Center, cops said. They were listed with non-life-threatening injuries.

Jason Adams and Nicole Demmerele, both of Brooklyn, were stopped on the moped on Wednesday, July 1 in Inwood, the Nassau County Police Department said.

Willie Buxton, 50, of Albany, pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted robbery in exchange for a sentence of 16 years to life, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said.
