1 Killed, Another Hospitalized In Fiery CT Crash
Police are investigating a fatal crash on a Connecticut roadway overnight, It happened around 7:40 p.m. in Fairfield County on Route 58 in Easton. Easton PD Chief Richard Doyle says the department received several 911 calls reporting a serious two-car crash on the roadway south of Center Road. Upon arrival the police officers found one vehicle on fire and the other with serious damage. The Easton Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire. Classes at a Connecticut school were interrupted after someone discovered what appeared to be a grenade on campus. Emergency crews in Fairfield County were called shortly after 1 p.m. Monday, June 3, after the device was found outside the Middlebrook School in Wilton, near the school’s batting cages. New information has been released regarding an incident in which two boys and two girls were apprehended by police after crashing in Fairfield County.
