15 Cars Broken Into At CT Hospital Police are investigating after some 15 vehicles were broken into in the parking area of a Connecticut hospital. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 1:20 p.m., Monday, May 13, at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford. According to Officer Alex Torres of the Wallingford Police, responding officers found at least 15 employee vehicles had been broken into.  Many had their windows smashed and wallets and valuables taken, Torres said. Car Crashes Into CT Apartment Complex Damaging Structure A car crashed into a Connecticut apartment building after the driver failed to make a turn and drove straight into the complex, according to police. The incident took place in New Haven County around 9 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13 in Wallingford at 327 South Elm St. According to Lt. AR-15 Stolen From Deep Vehicle In CT During Smash/Grab Thefts, Police Say An AR-15 rifle was stolen out of the vehicle of a Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection vehicle parked at a home. The incident took place in New Haven County around 6:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 26 in Wallingford. An officer on routine patrol noticed a vehicle parked in front of a home with one of its passenger windows smashed out, said  Sgt. Stephen Jaques of the Wallingford Police.
