Man Caught With Ghost Gun Kits, Magazines In Westchester Gets Prison Time A 36-year-old Connecticut man who was caught with illegal weapon kits in Westchester County will spend several years in prison for trafficking a large number of ghost guns from his New Haven County home.  Ansonia resident Melvin Burroughs, age 36, was sentenced to 58 months in prison on Thursday, July 27 for trafficking firearms, the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York announced. 'Cruel And Unusual' - Massachusetts Prisons Violate Constitution, DOJ Says Massachusetts’ handling of inmate mental health is so poor it’s a violation of the Constitution, according to a U.S. Department of Justice investigation. The Department of Justice was particularly critical of Massachusetts' use of “restrictive housing” to treat people in the midst of a mental health crisis. Restrictive housing is otherwise known as solitary confinement, segregation or isolation for 22 hours or more per day. Leader Of Worcester Latin Kings Pleads Guilty To Drug Charge The leader of the Worcester Latin Kings has pleaded guilty to a drug distribution charge in federal district court. Alvin “King Humble” Mojica, 32, pleaded guilty, in a Massachusetts U.S. District Court on July 15, to the charge of distribution of cocaine. Mojica was arrested Dec. 5. He was one of 62 people arrested that day in a law enforcement sweep of the Latin Kings gang.
