Connecticut is well-represented in brand-new rankings of the nation's 100 most expensive zip codes. Property Shark says it based the rankings on median sale prices based on closed home sales. The neighborhood of Riverside (zip code 06878) in Greenwich is No. 1 in Connecticut at $2.51 million for 53rd overall. Greenwich (06830) ranks 64th at $2.27 million. There are now numbers behind the mass exodus of New York City residents to the suburbs and beyond amid the COVID-19 pandemic. From March 1 through Oct. 31 this year, a total of 295,103 NYC residents have made change-of-address requests. That's according to data The New York Post obtained from the US Postal Service.
