Fatal Hit-Run Crash: 41-Year-Old CT Man Left Lying In Roadway As Driver Flees
A 41-year-old Connecticut man was killed by a hit-and-run driver and left lying on the roadway as the driver fled. The crash took place in New Haven County around 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 7 at the intersection of Haven Street and Clay Street. The victim, identified as Jose Rodriguez, of New Haven, was driving a Suzuki motorcycle north on Haven Street when he was hit by an unknown green sedan that was traveling west on Clay Street toward Haven Street when the crash occurred, said Captain Rose Dell of the New Haven Police. 'Unknown Reason' Behind I-84 Crash That Killed 28-Year-Old, CT State Police Say
Authorities are trying to figure out how a Connecticut motorcyclist flew off of his bike and died after colliding with a pickup truck on I-84 this week officials say. Jose Guillermo Torres, of Hartford, was driving westbound on his 2006 Suzuki motorcycle when he crashed into the back of a 2001 GMC Sierra K1500 pickup truck around 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26 near exit 50 on I-84, according to Connecticut State Police. Crash Kills 42-Year-Old In Fairfield County
Police are investigating a crash that killed a 42-year-old in Fairfield County. The crash, between a Suzuki GSR motorcycle and a Toyota Camry, took place around midnight on Sunday, Aug. 22 on Stratford Avenue and East Main Street in Bridgeport. According to Capt. Steven Lougal of the Bridgeport Police, a Suzuki GSR motorcycle collided with a Toyota Camry, causing serve injuries to the motorcyclist, Donald Fountain, who died from his injuries. Two Hospitalized After Crash In Fairfield County
Two were hospitalized with serious injuries after being involved in a head-on collision near a busy Fairfield County intersection, police said. Police received a call at approximately 10:22 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, where there was a report of a major crash involving an Audi A4 and Suzuki sedan in Danbury in the area of Padanaram Road and Jeanette Street.
