Man Admits To Embezzling $2M From Hartford County 'Good Guy' Gun Store: Feds A Connecticut man faces more than a decade in prison after he admitted to stealing over $2 million from his former employer, authorities said.  Middlesex County resident Evan Bobzin, age 39, of Chester, pleaded guilty to interstate transmission of stolen money and tax evasion, the US Attorney General for Connecticut said.  Bobzin worked as the head of information technology at Hoffman’s Gun Center in the Hartford County city of Newington. Smile, You're On Body Camera: TJ Maxx To Equip Employees To Fight Shoplifting To fight the recent rise in shoplifting and retail theft, shoppers could see store security employees wearing body-worn cameras to help catch thieves red-handed.  TJX, the parent company of TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Serria, HomeSense, and HomeGoods, said will begin equipping some employees with body-worn cameras similar to those worn by police, the Boston Globe reported. CT Town Employee Caught Placing Fecal Matter Under Town Hall Door, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief after allegedly placing fecal matter under a door at a town hall. Litchfield County resident Christopher Jordano, age 40, of North Canaan was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 6, for the incident that took place in July at the North Canaan Town Hall. According to Connecticut State Police, Jordano allegedly entered the Town Hall building and placed what appeared to be fecal matter underneath a secured office door.  A Town Hall employee, Jordano was captured by security cameras on the premises, state police said. …
