'Beautiful Soul': Family Of Slain CT DOT Worker Grieves As Driver Faces More Charges A 55-year-old Connecticut woman accused of crashing into a state Department of Transportation worker while intoxicated now faces more charges linked to the fatal crash this summer, authorities announced on Monday, Sept. 16.  New Haven County resident Denise Lucibello, of East Haven, is now charged with second-degree manslaughter, the New Haven Judicial District State's Attorney Office said. Fairfield County Student Named Presidential Scholar A high school senior in Fairfield County has been named as one of 161 students nationwide named as a Presidential Scholar.
