Missing: Silver Alert Issued For 22-Year-Old CT Man Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help locating a man who has been missing for more than a day. New Haven County resident Garrette Cruz, 22, of Waterbury, who is considered a highly-functioning man with autism went missing around 11:50 a.m., Sunday, July 23 from Rumford Street in Waterbury. According to Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police, Curz is described as being 6-foot-6 with a thin build and blonde hair.
