Man, Woman Nabbed For Murder Of 75-Year-Old Connecticut Man Connecticut State Police have made two arrests in the murder of a 75-year-old Hartford County man. Franklyn Cruz, age 42, and Madeline Dickey, age 35, both of New Britain, were charged with murder and robbery in the death of Robert Iacobucci, 75, in Rocky Hill, state police. Officers discovered Iacobucci’s body about 7:20 p.m. Monday, April 5, in his house on Pondside Lane when they went to check on him, police said.  His vehicle was later found in the City of New Britain.
