Man Charged After Walking Away From Hit-Run Crash In Region, Police Say A Western Massachusetts man who had been arrested the day before on drug charges was apprehended again by the same police department for an alleged hit-and-run crash the next day. Hampden County resident Kornstatin Gladysh, age 24, of Westfield, was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 21 after East Longmeadow Police responded to a report of a crash. According to police, when officers responded to Pleasant Street for the crash, they noticed a man walking away from the scene.
