Woman Found Dead At Hartford Parking Garage Committed Suicide: Police Police in Hartford said a woman who was found dead at a parking garage had committed suicide.  Hartford police were called to the downtown parking structure just before 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29. Police are withholding the location of the garage, the woman's name, and how she died.  There is help for anyone considering suicide.
