Teen Dies After Being Shot In Face While Handling Gun With Girl In Bridgeport, Police Say A teenager has died after he was shot in the face while he and another teen were handling a gun in Fairfield County, according to authorities. The 16-year-old boy died on Monday, Sept. 11 in Bridgeport following the incident on Saturday, Sept. 9 in the bedroom of a home in the 300 block of Pacific Street. According to Capt. Kevin Gilleran of the Bridgeport Police, responding officers found the teen shot in the face.
