7-Year-Old Girl Killed In Fire ID'd; Community Rallies Around Family A Connecticut fire department said it has been overwhelmed with donations for the family of a 7-year-old New London County girl who was killed in a house fire last week, but their needs remain.  Rylee Boldizar was killed when a fire broke out at her family's home at 83 Summit Street in Norwich before 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15. 3-Year-Old Hospitalized After Fall From Third-Story Window At CT Apartment, Police Say Building officials have condemned two apartment bedrooms after a 3-year-old Connecticut boy fell from a third-floor window to the ground below. The incident took place in New London County around 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10 in Norwich at 44 Laurel Hill Ave. According to Norwich Deputy Chief Of Police Corey Poore, when officers responded to the call for help, they discovered a 3-year-old child who was alert and conscious.
