Man Shot In Norwalk Home, Police Asking For Information
A man was found shot in his abdomen in his Fairfield County home and police are asking the public for information. The incident took place in Norwalk around 12:20 a.m., Friday, Jan. 26 at a home on Hillandale Manor. According to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police, officers responded to the home after receiving a 911 call regarding a shooting. Officers found the unidentified man who had been shot in the abdomen, Podgorski said. He was transported to Norwalk Hospital for treatment. Missing: Silver Alert Issued For 16-Year-Old Norwalk Girl
A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Fairfield County girl who hasn't been seen in several hours. Keymani Graham, age 16, of Norwalk, was last seen during the overnight hours of Wednesday, Jan. 17. She is described as being 5-foot-5, 140 pounds, with black hair. Norwalk Police Warn Of Potential 'Street Takeover' Event This Weekend
One of Connecticut's largest cities is warning residents of a potential street takeover event planned for the weekend. According to Chief James Walsh of the Norwalk Police Department, the event is scheduled to take place on Saturday evening, Jan. 13 in the area of Connecticut Avenue. Car Crashes Into Norwalk Store
While a mannequin may have been injured, no others were reported when a car barrelled into the front of a Fairfield County clothing store. The crash took place in Norwalk around 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 11 at 567 Main Ave. Police are on the scene investigating. A Silver Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old Fairfield County girl who has not been seen in a day. Estheysi Janely Perez-Sandoval, of Norwalk, was last seen on Monday, Jan. 8, said Lt. Tom Podgorski of the Norwalk Police. She is described as being 5-foot-7, 180 pounds with reddish black hair and brown eyes. Police are asking the public for help identifying a man who allegedly attempted to enter several vehicles at a train station and stole items. A Fairfield County man was busted for allegedly driving recklessly through an elementary school parking lot and then taking police on a pursuit. Jared Taylor, age 40 of Norwalk was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023, for that incident that occurred in October 2023 in Monroe. Jewelry Stolen: Norwalk Couple Duped By Men Posing As Workers During Distraction Burglary
A Fairfield County couple was duped by three men posing as workers who then entered their home and allegedly stole jewelry. The incident occurred in Norwalk on Wednesday, Jan. 3 at a residence on Coventry Place. According to Lt. Norwalk Woman Lights Car On Fire At Stamford Gas Station, Police Say
A Fairfield County woman was charged with arson after allegedly setting gasoline that leaked out of her Nissan Cube on fire at a gas station and then walking away. Paola Monsalve, age 28, of Norwalk was charged in Stamford on Sunday, Dec. 31 around 8:30 p.m. at the Shell station at the corner of Hope and Church streets. Sgt.
