Suspect Nabbed In Darien Strangulation Case A man was charged with allegedly choking a person with a wooden back scratcher until the victim almost lost consciousness in an alleged incident in Fairfield County. Adonnus Elliot, age 33, of Norwalk was arrested on a warrant at Stamford Superior Court on Tuesday, March 5 for the incident that occurred in Darien in October 2023. According to Sgt. 41-Year-Old Killed After Crashing Into Telephone Pole In Norwalk A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash after striking a telephone pole in Fairfield County. The 41-year-old died around 8:20 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 4 in Norwalk after his motorcycle drove off the roadway and struck the pole in the area of 238 West Cedar St. According to Lt.
