New Jersey resident Alexis Vincente, of Union City, was struck in New Haven around 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 5 on I-95. A Connecticut school custodian is being credited with helping to apprehend a man with a gun outside of an elementary school. The incident took place outside of the Lincoln Bassett Community School at 130 Bassett St, New Haven on Wednesday, Nov. 8 in the morning.
