Honduran Man Faces 5th US Deportation Following Worcester Arrest
A Honduran man who has been deported from the U.S. on four occasions recently pled guilty to illegally returning to America again. On Monday, Dec. 21, Milton Javier Cardona-Guevara, 34, pled guilty to one count of illegal re-entry into the United States after deportation, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Massachusetts. The guilty plea stems from an October arrest in Worcester when police picked up Cardona-Guevara on an outstanding warrant for criminal charges, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. A Honduran man who has been deported from the U.S. four times is facing new charges after being arrested in Worcester. On Wednesday, Nov. 4, Milton Javier Cardona-Guevara, 34, was charged with one count of illegal re-entry into the United States after deportation, according to the U .S.
