The incident happened in Middlesex County on Sunday, April 30 around 3:45 p.m. on Route 9 in Middletown in the area of Exit 10, according to Connecticut State Police.  A vehicle had been traveling southbound on Route 9 just before old Exit 10 (Exit 19) when it hit a pedestrian in the right lane, police said.  The pedestrian was then taken to Hartford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.  The victim, whose identity …
