$100K Lottery Ticket Sold In Norwalk A lucky lotto player managed to match all five numbers on a Cash5 ticket to win a cool $100,000, Lottery officials said the winning ticket was sold in Norwalk for the Friday, June 7 game at the Norwalk Smoke Shop at 68 Main St. The winning numbers were 4-16-18-22-33. The ticket was the 23rd Cash5 jackpot in the state so far this year. No word yet on who the lucky winner is.  Cash5 drawings are held nightly at 11 p.m.

Joshua Powell, age 30, of Stamford, was charged by Norwalk Police on Thursday, Aug. 10. During May 2023, the Special Services Division began receiving information that Powell was selling large quantities of powder and crack cocaine that contained fentanyl within the City of Norwalk, said Norwalk Police Deputy Chief Terrence Blake.
