Double-Fatal Fire: Apartment Blaze Claims Second Life In Bridgeport An apartment fire in Fairfield County that killed one has claimed another life. The fire took place in Bridgeport around 4:20 a.m. on Friday, July 14 at 86 Success Village. According to Capt. Kevin Gilleran of the Bridgeport Police, the Bridgeport and Stratford fire departments, along with police, responded to the complex on a report of a fire. Bridgeport firefighters rescued two victims from the building.
