1 Dead, 2 Teens Hospitalized Following Head-On CT Crash One 28-year-old man was killed, and two teens were hospitalized following a head-on crash in Connecticut.  The incident occurred in Middlesex County around 6:30 a.m., Monday, April 15, on Saybrook Road in Haddam. According to the Connecticut State Police, an investigation found that a Ford F-150 driven by an 18-year-old man from Ivoryton was heading north on Saybrook Road when it crashed head-on with a Honda Civic heading south.
