Man Deported From U.S. 4 Times Is Arrested In Worcester A Honduran man who has been deported from the U.S. four times is facing new charges after being arrested in Worcester. On Wednesday, Nov. 4, Milton Javier Cardona-Guevara, 34, was charged with one count of illegal re-entry into the United States after deportation, according to the U .S. Attorney’s Office, Massachusetts. Cardona-Guevara’s deportations go back all the way to August 2006 when he first entered the U.S. illegally, according to court documents.
